At Tallow + Ash, we want you to love your home fragrance and laundry products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Simply follow our streamlined process to ensure your return or exchange is handled quickly and efficiently.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack your Tallow + Ash products in their original shipping box or similar protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our warehouse inspects the items.
